1. Purpose and Scope

This privacy notice explains how your personal data obtained through juniorleaguecup.com, the Junior League Cup (JLC) organization, team applications, contact forms, sponsorship requests, and all digital services under Zenit Event are processed in accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”).

The Junior League Cup organization is conducted under the Zenit brand; Zenit is a brand of ATA Ventures. The data controller for your personal data is ATA VENTURES BİLGİSAYAR MEDYA SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

2. Personal Data Processed

Within the scope of organization activities, the following personal data may be processed:

• Identity and contact information: name, surname, phone number, email address, address
• Application information: team name, club details, number of players, age group, past tournament experience
• Parent / representative information: parent name, contact details, consent declarations
• Partnership information: sponsorship, scout, media, and hotel partnership requests
• Transaction security data: IP address, browser information, session records, cookie data
• Visual and media data: photos and video recordings taken during the organization (with explicit consent or legitimate interest where applicable)

3. Purposes of Processing

Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:

• Receiving, evaluating, and managing team applications and organization processes
• Planning and delivering regional selections and the Antalya final
• Responding to contact requests and managing participant / customer relations
• Conducting sponsorship, scout, media, and business partnership processes
• Fulfilling legal obligations and serving as evidence in potential disputes
• Ensuring website security, performance analysis, and improving user experience
• Organization promotion, news coverage, and brand communication activities

4. Transfer of Personal Data

Your personal data may be shared with organization partners, hotel and transport service providers, legal advisors, accountants, IT infrastructure providers, and authorized public institutions in accordance with Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, for the purposes stated above. Where international transfers occur, appropriate safeguards under the KVKK are applied.

5. Method and Legal Basis of Collection

Personal data is collected through website forms, email, telephone, physical application forms, organization events, and cookies by automatic or non-automatic means.

Legal bases include:

• KVKK Art. 5/2 (c): Establishment or performance of a contract
• KVKK Art. 5/2 (ç): Compliance with a legal obligation of the data controller
• KVKK Art. 5/2 (f): Legitimate interest
• KVKK Art. 5/1: Explicit consent (where required)

6. Retention Period

Personal data is retained for as long as required by the processing purpose and applicable statute of limitations. When the period ends, data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

7. Your Rights Under the KVKK

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the right to:

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed
• Request information if it has been processed
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly
• Know third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
• Request correction if data is incomplete or inaccurate
• Request deletion or destruction under KVKK Art. 7
• Request notification of correction, deletion, or destruction to third parties
• Object to results arising solely from automated processing that are adverse to you
• Claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing
