1. Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Use apply between all users who visit and use juniorleaguecup.com and the site operator ATA VENTURES BİLGİSAYAR MEDYA SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ. By using the site, you are deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

The Junior League Cup (JLC) organization is conducted under the Zenit brand. Zenit is a brand of ATA Ventures. Organization communications are provided through the Zenit Event brand.

2. Scope of Service

The website provides information about the Junior League Cup organization, team applications, contact, sponsorship, media, and program details. Content is for informational purposes; schedules, locations, and participation conditions may be updated without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

When using the site, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information in forms
• Not use the site unlawfully, harmfully, or in a way that infringes third-party rights
• Not interfere with site infrastructure, cause damage, or attempt unauthorized access
• Respect intellectual property rights relating to the organization, brands, and content
• Ensure parental / legal guardian consent when sharing information about youth players

Junior League Cup, Zenit, Zenit Event, ATA Ventures logos, text, images, videos, designs, and all content on the site are protected under applicable law. Unauthorized copying, reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

5. Applications and Registration

Information submitted through team application, sponsorship, and contact forms is used for evaluation purposes. Submission does not guarantee acceptance or a right to participate. Final acceptance and participation conditions may be communicated separately in writing. Applications with false or misleading information may be rejected.

6. Limitation of Liability

The site is provided “as is.” The operator exercises reasonable care regarding technical failures, interruptions, third-party links, and content currency but cannot be held liable for indirect damages. External links are the responsibility of the respective sites.

Disputes arising from these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Antalya Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
